Coaching for Ensembles

The Performance Mastery Makeover

When your ensemble is ready to commit to next-level performance preparation, you’ll enjoy this unique, transformational 8-week group coaching program focusing on the psychology and science that create and support better vocal skills, breath support, confidence, freedom of mind, movement, and scores!

We’ll tune into mindset and increase intention to build the skills that lead to confidence, energy, and artistry.

Performance Readiness for ensembles works best starting 10-12 weeks prior to a performance (show, competition, festival) when members attend virtual sessions, practice skills, and connect with each other between rehearsals.

  • Goal-setting to support a common outcome

  • Weekly 45-minute group calls

  • Private Facebook peer support group

  • Two FB Live Q&A sessions to get individuals’ questions addressed

  • Materials to support practice between weekly sessions

  • Before, during, and after check-ins to track your success

  • Bonus: free 30-minute 1:1 call for any member of the ensemble

Quartets: Finding Our Sound

Taking quartets through the performance prep framework creates your identity, operations guidelines, work ethic, and goals, all while championing the authentic voices of the individuals comprising your group.

Coaching an ensemble

This “train the trainer” multi-session option supports your leaders in co-creating your ensemble’s identity, guidelines, work ethic, and goals, all while championing the authentic self-expression of the individuals comprising your group.

This can be delivered virtually, but it’s so much more fun in person. Up to 10 hours of instruction, experiential activities, and strategic planning. Contact me to set up a call to discuss your vision, and we’ll talk about options.

This work is important and useful in creating cohesion and support of each other, a common vision, and it makes figuring out "how to get there" much clearer.
