Her Inspiration Backstage and Offstage

Her Inspiration Backstage and Offstage As a young girl, Sally loved to watch her mom. Her mom was a visual artist, a teacher, and a singer. She encouraged Sally to be the emcee of her kindergarten play, to sing with different groups in church and school, and encouraged her, “When you’re nervous, it’s because you care enough to want to do well.”

As a child, her mom introduced her to both classical and barbershop music. They performed together.  They danced together.  Sally vividly remembers her mom giving her shoulder massages prior to stepping on stage or transitioning from a busy day.  This became their tradition of grounding and connection that helped to melt away the stress.

With her mom's encouragement, Sally earned two degrees in music. Sally's life took an unexpected turn when her mom died of cancer at only 41 years old. Being emotionally turned upside down at 19, she felt lost and alone and really wanted to understand how someone who was so vibrant and full of life could leave the planet so early.

When her mom died, she had a choice. She chose to live.  And when she is on stage, she is the most alive. Taking her love of music and the imprint of connection created by her mom's massages, Sally dove into the world of wholistic, alternative, and mindfulness medicine. She share's her gifts and knowledge with her clients  to cultivate lives of harmony, balance, and happiness both on and off the stage.

How does Sally help clients?

Her approach revolves around three key pillars: nourishment, alignment, and mindfulness.

Nourishment

It's not just about the science of nutrition; it's about feeding your soul, discovering your purpose, and finding fulfillment in your artistic endeavors. Together, you will explore and discover your unique sources of nourishment, energy, and inspiration for your mind, body, and spirit.

Mindfulness

Performance anxiety can hinder even the most talented singers. Through the power of mindfulness, you will together tackle stress head-on and harness it as a tool to enhance your performance. She will teach you invaluable techniques, including a one-minute stress-reduction method, to help you shine on stage with confidence and presence.

Alignment

When your physical instrument is properly aligned, you will experience a noticeable difference in your sound and overall performance. But alignment goes beyond the physical; it also involves aligning your values and beliefs with your artistic journey. By making conscious choices to shift this alignment, you will not only transform your sound but also discover your unique voice that resonates deeply with your audience.
